From: Breast cancer and income loss in Denmark: heterogeneous outcomes and longitudinal effects
For individuals diagnosed in each calendar year who meet inclusion criteria, we evaluate covariates from six years to one year before diagnosis year. Follow up starts at the year of diagnosis until the 9th year of diagnosis or until censorship.
