Antibody concentrations against PT, FHA, DT and TT of participants boosted with the co-purified DTaP (n = 234) or DT (n = 224) before booster vaccination or 28 days after booster vaccination. Each point represents the antibody concentration of the participants in the PPS dataset. The median concentrations are shown as horizontal, respectively. The two-sided Wilcox rank-sum test was used for statistical analysis. P-values are shown above the data compared.
