The network regulator only directed acyclic graph (DAG) of the circulating causal protein network (CPN). Network visualization of causal interactions between the network regulators of the 185 subnetworks with 10 or more targets (FDR = 1%). Node size is proportional to the number of out-degree links. The edges are color-coded according to levels (hops): blue for connections within the same level, green for links to one level below, red for links to one level above, and orange for links to two levels above. A similar network visualization is presented in Supplementary Fig. S6, where no edges have been removed.
