Change in Bristol Stool Form Scale scores from pre-FMT (w0) to 1 week post-FMT (w1), colored by donor (Donor 1 = blue, Donor 2 = green). Each line represents an individual participant (n = 18), showing the direction and magnitude of changes. A significant decrease in stool consistency is observed (Wilcoxon test **p = 0.006).
