  1. Cytotoxicity assays against human colorectal tumor (HCT116) and Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) cell lines identified 27 as the most potent derivative. Cis-platin was used as a reference drug for comparison. Data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD) from three biological replicates.
