(b) Quantification of relative root growth in (a) calculated by dividing the root length under PSK condition by that under control treatment (bar = 1 cm, n = 10 seedlings). All experiments were repeated at least three independent times with similar results. All data were analyzed by ordinary one-way ANOVA (b).
