Representative protein blots are shown in (b), whereas relative levels of H3K27me3 are shown in (c). H3 serves as an endogenous control. The levels of H3K27me3 were normalized to H3; data are presented as mean values ± s.d. of three biological replicates, and P values are derived from one-way ANOVA.
