Data are mean ± s.d., n = 3 (a), n = 5 (b), n = 3 in 1/2 MS; n = 4 in 1/2 MS + NaCl (c), n = 5 (d,e), n = 5 in 1/2 MS; n = 5 for WT and ica1/2/3/4-1, n = 4 for ica1/2/3/4-2 in 1/2 MS + NaCl (f), n = 5 (g). P values were determined using two-tailed Student’s t-tests. Experiments were repeated three times with similar results.
