A MDA-MB-231Br and M2 macrophage co-culture spheroids show significantly higher viability in the presence of Paclitaxel. B F2-7 and macrophage co-culture spheroids showed significantly higher viability in the presence of Paclitaxel. All three types of macrophages imparted similar effect on the response of F2-7 cells against Paclitaxel. N = 6 replicates. Data represents mean ± SD.
