The samples are grouped left to right: control tissues, DCIS (stage 0), and invasive breast cancer case samples sorted secondarily by clinical subtype, stage, and grade. Benign controls are missing for grade, stage, and subtype, whereas DCIS are all stage 0 with grade indicated as either high or low. Markers are grouped by the top 12 as those used in the plasma pilot, and within the groups in the order of AUC comparing cancer case tissue DNA from benign control DNA as listed in Supplementary Table 2. Note MDM number axis does not include MDM13-16.
