The predicted UTS results are obtained by averaging five CNN outputs. The process conditions include 120 mm wall without any dwell time and melt pool control, 120 mm wall with 5 s dwell time, and 120 mm wall with melt pool control. The positions of tensile specimens are marked as black dots on the left side of sub-figures. Three sub-figures on the right side show the standard deviation distribution for three process conditions. The distribution analyzes 5000 predicted UTS values at different locations of the thin wall.
