Antisymmetric exchange parameters \({D}_{ij}=\sqrt{{D}_{{x}_{ij}}^{2}+{D}_{{y}_{ij}}^{2}+{D}_{{z}_{ij}}^{2}}\) as a function of neighboring distance Rij for a, b Fe3GeTe2, e, f Fe4GeTe2 and in Fe5GeTe2 monolayer, obtained using GGA+DMFT. c, d, g, h, o, p The first neighbor DM interactions between different ith and jth pairs. The Dij values are multiplied by the corresponding coordination numbers.
