ad SLS simulation results with beam power 30 W and scan speed 100 mm s−1 at different time points. eh SLS simulation results with varying beam power and scan speed at the time point when the laser center locates at x = 310 μm. Fe21.5Ni78.5 is employed for both powder bed and substrate materials. Overheated regions, where T > TM, are drawn with a continuous color map, while areas with T ≤ TM are shown as isotherms. The laser spot characterized by DL and DFWHM is also indicated.
