From: Thermal expansion and degradation of uranium mononitride under high-temperature oxidative conditions

Peaks at 180 cm−1, 330 cm−1, and 475 cm−1 correspond to β-U2N3 while the highest peak, at ~615 cm−1 is potentially associated with U4O9 or a similar oxide.
