A Using multiplex IHC, we captured the spatial distribution and quantitative changes of NRF2/GPX4 in the slices. Red represents NRF2, green represents GPX4, blue represents DAPI, and the white arrows indicate representative images showing the quantitative changes of NRF2/GPX4 in the SN region. This experiment was repeated once, with similar results. The scale bar is 400 μm.
