  2. The p values for main effects of one-way ANCOVA were shown. For nodal efficiency, the p threshold for surviving the FDR correction was 2.33 × 10−4. For degree centrality, the p threshold for surviving the FDR correction was 3.03 × 10−5. Age, sex, and years of education were set as covariates for ANCOVA. PANSS-POS, PANSS-NEG, PANSS-GPS, and chlorpromazine equivalent dosage were set as covariates for post hoc tests when comparing the pAH group and the non-pAH group.
