A The amount of TC in the blood of the Nf-apoE−/− group was more than three times higher than that of the Nf-Con group. The 2.0 g GSf-apoE−/− group showed a 25.2% reduction in TC content compared to that of the Nf-apoE−/− group. B The amount of LDL in the blood of the Nf-apoE−/− group was more than six times higher than that of the Nf-Con group. The 2.0 g GSf-apoE−/− group showed a 15% reduction in LDL content compared to that of the Nf-apoE−/− group. C Except for the 1.0 g GSf-apoE−/− group, the amount of HDL in the blood of all apoE−/− groups was similar to that in the Nf-Con group.
