Note higher conservation over regulatory elements and coding sequence. b, Sashimi plot showing splice events over POU5F1 locus in naive hESCs. Some RNA-seq reads are observed over the POU5F1 Intron Element 1, possibly enhancer RNA or intronic RNA, but there are no splice events linking these to OCT4 transcripts.
