GSEAs of indicated pathways that are differentially expressed between TINs of NES (n=3 biologically independent samples) and those of MES (n=3 biologically independent samples). Net enrichment scores were determined by GSEA algorithms. Two-sided P values and false discovery rate (FDR) were computed based on random simulations. FDR is adjusted for multiple comparisons.
