Data are means ± SD; error bars represent the SD of three replicates. (c) Immunofluorescence images of hippocampal neurons transfected with the same amount of plasmids of full-length and C-terminally-truncated α-Syn-GFP, respectively, for 12 days with anti-P-S129-α-Syn.
