The protein content of A. fumigatus Af293 and cycloheximide virus-cured (VC) was characterized using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) under physiological and oxidative stress (8 mM) conditions. The distribution of the identified proteins by their presence/absence. Only proteins that appeared in 3 out of 3 triplicates (n = 3) from each group were included in the final list. b. The volcano plot shows the −log10 FDR as a function of log2 FC when comparing the Af293 virus-infected strain with the virus-cured strain (VC) grown under control conditions.
