Here we determine the upper bound of σ0 as when the fits visually do poorly, σ0 = 1.4 ± 0.1 mΩ−1 cm−1. Figure 2 (a)–(h), Fig. 3 (a) and (b), Fig. 4 (b), and Extended Data Fig. 3 (a) from the main text with fixed σ0 = 1.4 ± 0.1 mΩ−1 cm−1.
