Here we determine the upper bound of σ0 as when the fits visually do poorly, σ0 = 2.1 ± 0.1 mΩ−1 cm−1. Extended Data Fig. 2 (a)–(h), Fig. 3 (c) and (d), Fig. 4 (d), and Extended Data Fig. 3 (b) from the main text with fixed σ0 = 2.1 ± 0.1 mΩ−1 cm−1.
