From: A tweezer array with 6,100 highly coherent atomic qubits
Imaging histogram obtained with an imaging time of 20 ms. The weight function is the same as that shown in Extended Data Fig. 3a. Using the model-free imaging characterization, we find an imaging fidelity of 99.9571(4)% and a survival probability of 99.176(1)%. Inset, log-scale histogram in which the number of photons for each site is rescaled by the threshold for this site.
