TVN from the VaN (green) and the IS of the A-MT (red) were observed simultaneously using Capa-2A-LexA>LexAop-myr::GFP and CapaR-Gal4>UAS-mCD8::RFP, respectively. This analysis was performed using L2, which have a more transparent cuticle than L3 that facilitates external observations. Immunostaining was performed at least twice, and representative images are shown.
