P values were conservatively derived from a two-sided Wald test. ICD10 codes for diseases are indicated between brackets following the phenotype name. We report here P values lower than 0.001 for EA (6.06 × 10−4), HDL (2.50 × 10−6), HT (3.30 × 10−45), MCV (7.94 × 10−4), PLAT (5.74 × 10−4) and TELO (3.02 × 10−17). Pedigree-based estimates for HT, educational attainment and fluid intelligence are adjusted for assortative mating as described in Extended Data Fig. 2 and Supplementary Table 6.
