If a positive velocity (i.e. an increase in obesity) is statistically indistinguishable from a negative velocity (i.e. a decrease in obesity), the PP is 0.5. PPs closer to 1 indicate more certainty of a positive velocity, those towards 0 indicate more certainty of a negative velocity, and those closer to 0.5 indicate less certainty of a positive or negative velocity.
