Data in all box plots represent mean ± sem for six pediatric and six adult samples for each cell type. See also Supplementary Table 3 for details of statistical tests performed (Student’s two-tailed t-test, two-tailed Brunner-Munzel test or Welch two-tailed t-test). p-values were adjusted for multiple testing using the Benjamini-Hochberg method.
