In the version of the article initially published, the images in Fig. 6a were inadvertently duplicated across siSREBP-1 (Migration) and siPML and siSREBP-1 (Invasion) experimental conditions while mounting the figure. The interpretation of the results and conclusions is not affected, because the knockdown of SREBP-1 inhibited cell migration and invasion in both experimental conditions: knockdown of SREBP-1 alone and when in combination with the knockdown of PML. The original and corrected images are shown below in Fig. 1.
