The light shaded region indicates the gRNA with the highest fold activation. Results are shown as fold activation in endogenous gene expression compared to mock cells transfected with an empty plasmid (pcDNA3). Detailed descriptions of the genetic components and transfection mixtures are provided in Supplementary Table 4. Plots shows the means ± s.d. of n = 6 biological replicates combined from two independent experiments.
