Levels of additional cytokines in cell culture supernatants from Fig. 6e were determined using a commercial multiplexed assay and flow cytometry. Each data point represents one human donor. Mean ± s.d.; n = 8 (perforin, IL-4, granulysin), n = 4 (GZMA, TNFα) donors; two-way ANOVA and Dunnett’s post-hoc test.
