Congenically marked Id3GFP P14 T cells were transferred into naïve mice, which were then infected with either LCMV Armstrong or Docile. ID3+ and ID3- P14 T cells from Armstrong infected mice were FACS purified for RNAseq analysis as described in Fig. 4. a, b, Volcano plots show differentially expressed (DE) genes between ID3+ and ID3- P14 T cells obtained from Armstrong infected mice on day 5 p.i.
