EAE was induced in Foxp3 (GFP) mice, and CNS cells were collected during the EAE recovery stage. (a) The percentage of CD25 expression was determined in MOG-I-Ab tetramer-binding Tconv and Treg cells. An OVA323-339-I-Ab tetramer was used as a control tetramer.
