PBMCs were stimulated with SEB for 24 hrs. SEB, Staphylococcal enterotoxin B. d, IFN- γ ELISpot at day 17 post vaccine. PBMCs were stimulated with S, S1 and S + peptide pools representing the full length of the spike protein. Anti-CD3 antibody was used as a positive control (PC), no stimulation was added to the negative control (NC).
