  1. AUC of two ROC curves were compared with DeLong test. Two-sided p-values were adjusted for multiple comparisons (n = 10) using Benjamini–Hochberg false discovery rate. Aβ status was defined based on CSF Aβ42/40 binarized using a threshold of 0.066 determined using mixture modelling.
