Extended Data Table 5 Time to event summary for DoR assessed by investigator (ITT population with objective response)

From: First-line sugemalimab with chemotherapy for advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: a randomized phase 3 study

  1. Duration of Response is defined as the time from the date of objective response to disease progression or death whichever occurs first. Patients without event (no disease progression or death) will be censored at the date of last tumor assessment.
  2. (1) Summaries of duration of response (median, percentiles) are Kaplan-Meier estimates. Confidence interval for the median is calculated using the method by Brookmeyer and Crowley with log-log transformation.
  3. + indicates that the minimum or maximum value from censored patients.
  4. CI: Confidence Interval; CR: Complete Response; PR: Partial Response.
