Extended Data Table 2 Unadjusted and adjusted P values and 95% CIs from the primary endpoint analyses

From: Electronic nudges for sustained influenza vaccination uptake in older adults: the nationwide randomized NUDGE-FLU-2 trial

  1. The primary endpoint of the trial was the receipt of an influenza vaccine on or before 1 January 2024. The primary endpoint was assessed in binomial regression models with household-level clustered standard errors. The trial protocol and statistical analysis plan prespecified for the primary endpoint to be reported with 99.29% CIs and unadjusted P values—these results are shown in Fig. 2. Shown in this table are additional 95% CIs, unadjusted P values and Bonferroni-adjusted P values accounting for a total of seven prespecified comparisons. P values stem from the aforementioned binomial regression models.
