Extended Data Fig. 6: In vivo-expressed DMAbs delivered with modified EP parameters (OpBlock 0070) bind to SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBDs.

An anti-YTE antibody was used to capture DMAb from participant sera. Binding was detected with biotinylated ancestral, Delta, BA.2, or BA.4/BA.5 Spike RBDs. Graphs are plotted as area under the curve (AUC x 1000) for individual participants and the group mean is shown in navy blue.
