Bars show the time from CAR T-cell infusion to last follow up in each patient of the CASTLE study. Green colour indicates immunosuppression and glucocorticoid- free state. Stars indicate DORIS remission in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), 2016 ACR/EULAR Moderate or Major Response in idiopathic inflammatory myositis (IIM) and no progression of interstitial lung disease in systemic sclerosis (SSc). Triangles indicate kidney damage manifesting as proteinuria (SLE patient #1) and increased retention parameters (SLE patient #4). X indicates that one SLE patient (#10) has not reached DORIS remission due to proteinuria at 6 months and one IIM patient (#3) had not fulfilled 2016 ACR/EULAR Moderate or Major Response criteria due to muscular weakness (myopathy).
