Distribution of ‘naive’, central memory (CM), effector memory (EM) T cells, and terminally differentiated effector memory T cells re-expressing CD45RA (TEMRA) in the CD4+CAR+ and CD8+CAR+ T cells in PB (a) and in BM (b), according to different time points after zorpocabtagene-autoleucel infusion. BM samples were collected only in OPBG patients. Each dot represents an individual evaluable patient.
