Region-wise linear regression T-map (FDR-corrected for multiple comparisons at P < 0.05) showing the interaction of global Aβ PET and TSPO PET on plasma GFAP levels across cortical areas. Regression models with standardized biomarker levels were adjusted for age, sex, and cognitive status, as well as the main effects of the interaction terms.
