The k-means clustering of H3K27me3 and H3K27ac signal distribution at the TSS of all genes for each cell type. Genes in the clusters showing strong H3K27ac and weak H3K27me3 were used as input for gget enrichr analysis to identify enriched cell types. Top identified cell type is the cell type itself highlighting the strong cell-type-specific signal captured in our nanoCUT&Tag dataset.
