Correction to: Nature Protocols https://doi.org/10.1038/s41596-024-01067-y, published online 5 November 2024.

In the version of this article initially published, there was an error in the reported concentration of recombinant human FGF10: in Fig. 2a, in two places, “100 ng/ml rhFGF10” replaces the incorrect “10 ng/ml.” In the Reagent setup, “Recombinant human FGF10” section, in the text “Make 0.1% BSA by diluting 666 μl of 7.5% BSA in 50 mL of PBS,” “50 mL” replaces “50 lL,” and in “Make a 100× (10 μg/ml) stock solution,” “100×” replaces “1,000×.” In the Reagent setup, “Anteriorization medium” section, “final concentration” replaces “final volume” in two places; in the “Proximal airway differentiation medium” and “Mouse BCM” sections, rhFGF10 final concentrations are now listed as “100 ng/ml,” replacing “10 ng/ml” in four instances. In Step 21, “Aspirate the supernatant” has been removed from the start of the step. The changes have been made in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
