Data partition and name of global subregions. Each subregion is named based on the latitude line to the south and the longitude line to the west of its extent, with a longitude span of 90° and a latitude span of 45°. For example, s45e90 represents the region with a longitude range between 90°E and 180°E and a latitude range between 45°S and 0°.
