Unix timestamps in microseconds

Nx3 matrix containing calibrated acceleration vector(x,y,z) from triaxial accelerometer at each time point N (units: m/s2)

opals.ang_velo_calib

Nx3 matrix containing calibrated angular velocity vector(x,y,z) from triaxial gyroscope at each time point N (units: rad/s)

opals.magn_flux_calib

Nx3 matrix containing calibrated magnetic flux vector(x,y,z) from triaxial magnetometer at each time point N (units: microtesla)
