T1 hyperintense material within the resection cavity with fluid level, and foci of pneumocephalus without corresponding enhancement (arrows, a & b). The segmentation overlay image shows the wrong assignment of the T1 hyperintensity as enhancing tumor (blue), and non-enhancing tumor core (red).
