Comparison between expected and correctly classified percentages of (A) Prochlorococcus and (B) Synechococcus clusters/clades/grades in simulated samples of the respective picocyanobacterium alone, 2% of the respective picocyanobacterium with 98% marine heterotrophic bacteria, and 1% of the respective picocyanobacterium with 98% marine heterotrophic bacteria and 1% of the other picocyanobacterium.
