Panels A, B, and C depict a left anterior falcine meningioma (red) on axial, sagittal, and coronal images respectively. Panel B demonstrates an area of hypointense encephalomalacia between two separate anterior falcine meningioma components. Panels B and C highlight the defacing process, which removes pixels in and around the face to eliminate potentially identifying facial features.
