The temperature dependent resistance of newly cleaved, 6-months in vacuum, 2-days N2 atmosphere exposed crystal. Metallic behavior was observed, and the residual resistance ratio was 5. Because resistances have the same temperature dependence. N2 exposure time does not obviously influence the overall characteristics of the TI.
