From: Evolution of native defects in ZnO nanorods irradiated with hydrogen ion
IL spectra of ZnO nanorods passivated in 0.01M C4H7AlO5·2H2O solution ((a,c)) and annealed in O2 at 350 °C for 20 min ((b,d)) after irradiation by 180 keV H+ ions for 1 s and 10 s, the corresponding H+ ions fluences are 1.6 × 1013 and 1.6 × 1014 ions/cm2.
